    • Tissue culture supernatant – Caution- biotin concentrations must be less than 0.65µM (<160 ng/mL)
    • Urine
    • Cerebrospinal Fluid
    • Peritoneal fluid
    • Tears
    • Cell lysates
    • BALF (broncheoalveolar lavage fluid)
    • Tissue homogenates – Procedure
    • Synovial fluid
  • Do not send whole blood
